What is something you cannot live without?
My ukulele! Music is so important to me. I’ve been a drummer most of my life, but picked up my first ukulele two years and I’ve played every day since! What is your greatest accomplishment?
Coming to college was huge for me. I went through a lot my senior year of high school and it left me in a really low point in my life. I am so proud of myself for finding happiness again. What is something you would like to be remembered for?
Being unapologetically different. I’ve gotten a lot of pressure to be a certain way, but at the end of the day I’m never going to change who I am just so the judges will like me. I think people’s minds are starting to change about what a “pageant girl” is supposed to look like. |
