How has pageantry affected your life?
Pageantry has affected my life so positively. It has taught me how to be confident in myself, and how to not be nervous while speaking in front of huge crowds. Pageantry has made me realize how important it is to believe in yourself and to never give up. This program has brought me new friendships, tons of dresses, and $10,000 worth of scholarship money!  

Three qualities I would like to be know for are:

What is your college major and what interests you most in school?
I am a graduate student in the Master’s of nursing program at Southern New Hampshire University. I currently have my BSN in nursing and hope to attain a degree in clinical nurse leadership or nursing education. Though school can be very difficult at times, I thoroughly enjoy learning. There are so many different specialties, procedures, and information to learn about nursing. Although I have not landed my dream job yet as a labor and delivery nurse, I hope to work in labor and delivery. It’s often said that working in labor and delivery takes a special kind of person. As a labor and delivery nurse, you have to be ready for the lowest of lows and the highest of highs! I believe that it is a miracle profession. As a labor and delivery nurse you help mothers bring their children into the world, and it brings me so much joy to know that hopefully one-day I will be doing just that!

What has been the most fun, craziest, or most unique job you have ever had?
I have been a cheerleading coach for the past 10 years. I put so much time and effort into creating routines, teaching fundamentals, of cheerleading and tumbling, and developing a cohesive team! I love cheerleading and I take such pride in, and put my whole heart into coaching my teams.
